Első táncház - Our first ceilidh

Az idő csak úgy repül, mióta beköltöztünk a házunkba. Sok minden történt, találkoztunk Czagányi Anikóékkal, majd Debbie-vel és Anna-Moraggal, voltunk kórházban, ahol Phill térdét megműtötték, kikészültem a munkahelyemtől, elkészítettem az első joghurtomat és gomolyasajtomat. De ami a legfontosabb, hogy megpróbáltuk a táncot beindítani. Ezzel telt a legtöbb szabadidőnk, hogy minél több emberrel beszéltünk, kerestünk helyszínt, hírdettünk pub-okban, Facebookon, a helyi újságban, embereket álltottam meg az utcán (tudom, borzasztó vagyok), mindent beleadtunk, amit lehetett.
Nagyon szerencsések vagyunk a helyszínekkel, amit találtunk. Mindenki nagyon támogatja az ötletet és bíztatott minket, hogy adjunk neki egy esélyt vagy sose tudjuk meg, működik-e vagy sem.
Ma megtartottuk az első Ceilidh-nket Linlithgowban és kedden elkezdjük a klubunkat Bo'nessben. Nagyon izgatottan vártam, hogy ki fog eljönni ma egy olyan igazi magyar-skót fúziós táncházra. Sok barátunk eljött úton hazafelé St Andrewsból vagy épp odatartva, hogy támogassanak minket. Nem tudom eléggé Lucynek, Maggienek és Timnek megköszönni ezt a délutánt, hogy ott voltak velünk egy ideig.
Végül 14 táncosunk volt, amikor a legtöbben voltunk. Kilenc táncot táncoltunk el két óra alatt. Volt három teljesen ismeretlen táncosunk, reméljük, hogy visszatérnek majd.

Our time is flying so fast since we moved in to our house. So many things happened. We met some friends from Hungary, went to the hospital, where Phill had his knee surgery. I got fed up with my workplace, but I made my first home made yogurt and cheese. But what I found the most important to try to start our dance locally. We spent the most of our free time to talk with people, look for place for the dancing, advertised in pubs, on Facebook, in the local newspaper, I even stopped people on the street (I know I am terrible), we were giving into it as much as we could.
We are so lucky with the places we have found. Everybody is supporting our ideas and encouraging us to give a chance for it or we never find out if it worked or not.
We hold our first Ceilidh in Linlithgow and on Tuesday we start our club in Bo'ness.
I was so excited, who will come along to a real Hungarian-Scottish fusion dance house. Many friends of us were coming on their way from or to St Andrews to support us. I cannot say enough thank you for Lucy, Maggie and Tim for this lovely afternoon that they were with us for a while.
At the end we had 14 dancers at the most. We did nine dances in two hours. There were three unknown dancers, we hope they will return.
