Táncolunk - We are dancing
A tánc valami csodálatos ajándék az életemben. Vannak ugyan negatív élmények is, főleg amikor azzal kell szembesülnöm, hogy sokan nem fogadnak el. Az elitizmus sajnos itt elég erős, nem hívjuk a táncokat, nem bíztatjuk a kezdőket, nem fogadunk be, ha idegen vagy... Engem ez eléggé megvisel, úgyhogy mindent megteszek, hogy én ne legyek ilyen, illetve a saját csoportunk befogadó maradjon.
És látszik a különbség! Minden keddet úgy várok, mint a pénteket! Izgatottan készülök, mit tanítsak, hogy fejlődjön tovább a csoport. És megyünk előre! Most már megtanultuk az Allemande-t, a strathspey-t és a jókedv az áthatja az egész órát!
Nagy örömömre Tim felkért, hogy tanítsak Phillel Edinburghban a Gay Gordon csoport kívánság estjén. Izgultam azért, de a végén nagyon jól sikerült minden! Több pozitív visszajelzést is kaptam, hogy minden tánc olyan zökkenőmentesen ment, mintha nem is lett volna bonyolult (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/list/20645/). Hogy megjegyezték örökre, hogy a Dream Catcher táncban hova kell megérkezni. Nagy öröm volt egy hölgyet táncba vinni, aki előtte sose állt be, aztán a saját csoportunkhoz csatlakozni és látni, hogy élvezi a táncot. Kezdő táncost a programon átvezetni és a saját csoportunkban is remekelni látni. Remélem, lesz máskor is alkalom itt tanítani.
Közben pályáztam a Summer Schoolba ösztöndíjra, amit el is nyertem, hogy több tanár tanításából új ismeretekre tehessek szert, hogy a jövőbeli workshop-okat (Német Branch AGM gyerek class augusztus vége, Milton Keynes dayschool szeptember eleje) nagyobb ismerettel tarthassam meg! Izgatottan várom!😊
A legnagyobb meglepetés viszont az volt, amikor az egyik este David Queen írt egy üzenetet, amiben a Zsófi's Delight című, nekem dedikált táncot küldte el, amihez a zenét, Zsófi's Saxophone-t, Phill szerezte!❤️

And there is such a huge difference in our group! I am looking forward to every Tuesday like to Fridays. I am very excited what I will teach, how we develop further. And we go forward. We have learnt the two couple Allemande, the strathspey and the whole class is just full with fun.
It was really special moment, when Tim asked me to teach in Edinburgh with Phill on the Gay Gordon's Request Night. I was a little bit nervous, but at the end it went very well. I got a few positive feedback, like the dances went so smooth, as they would have been very easy ones (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/list/20645/). Someone told me, how much he liked the way I taught The Dream Catcher, so he will always remember where to arrive. It was great fun to take a lady to the dance, who never joined in before and then welcoming her in our Bo'ness group and see her enjoyment. Helping through a beginner dancer through the whole programme and see him in our group shining. I hope there will be other chance to teach here in the future as well.
In the meantime I was applying to a grant to the Summer School, which I got, to be able to see more teachers teaching to get more knowledge and practice to my workshops in the future (Germany Branch AGM kids class at the end of August, Milton Keynes dayschool beginning of September). I am looking forward to it.😊
The biggest surprise I had, when one of the evening David Queen sent me a message and the Zsófi's Delight dance he devised for me. And the music, Zsófi's Saxophone, is made by Phill.❤️
