Túl a 40 éven - Beyond 40

Mondanom se kell micsoda óriási terveket szövögettem az utolsó harmincas évemre. Az élet kicsit közbeszólt és az mondta, ne szövögess semmit se, éld az életet, ahogy tudod, amilyen lehetőség adatik, mert ki tudja, mi történik. 

És eljött a napja és azt kell mondjam, nagyon szépen telt. Persze nem én lennék, ha nem egy ünneplés sorozatot tartanék, de legalább van miről tényleg mesélni.

Egy grill partival kezdődött az egész, azt hiszem, a legmelegebb, legnaposabb augusztusi szombaton itt Skóciában. Eredetileg nem akartam semmit se, Phill beszélt rá, hogy de csináljunk valami kicsit mást és igen is hívjunk el pár embert. A jelenlegi szabályok szerint négy különböző háztartás találkozhat a saját kertünkben egymással, így nagyon végig kellett gondolni, kit tudunk, szeretnénk elhívni. Végül minden nagyon szépen telt. Sütött a nap, Phill mindent tökéletesen elkészített a grillen, míg én a konyhai részt intéztem, volt torta, gyertya az nem, de egy kis csillagszórózás, éneklés és az este végén egy picike tánc a kislányokkal (mert gyerekekkel nem kell a távolságot tartani).

De ez még csak az ünnep eleje volt, a többi még csak ezután jött!

Needless to say how big plans I made on how to spend my last year in my 30s. Obviously life was making some changes in my plan, telling me don't try to plan, live your life as you can, what is possible as who knows what will happen next.

And the day came and I have to say it was very nice. Of course it would not be me if I were not holding a series of celebration but at least it was a really special time not as our usual life.

We started with a BBQ party on the hottest, warmest, sunniest day here in Scotland. Originally I did not wanted anything, Phill convinced me to make my day a bit more special and yes we should do something and even inviting our friends. The actual rules in Scotland makes it possible to meet up to 4 different households outside in your own garden, we had to think it through who we can, who we like to invite. At the end everything was just really good. Te sun was shining, Phill cooked everything perfectly on the Barbie, while I arrange the rest of the things in the kitchen, I had a cake, candles not that day, a little sparkling lights, singing and at the end of the day a tiny bit of dancing with the kids (as you don't need to keep distance with them).

But this was only the start of the celebration, the rest is still coming!
